Whenever I eat junk food/ fast food my acne begins to show up. I try to stay away from it however my brain tells me to do otherwise. Can anyone tell me how I could force my self not to eat too much sugar?
Avoid buying sugar. If your parents do the grocery, do not come with them and ask them not to buy you sweets or junk food. Also, you can munch on other healthier alternatives such as cashews, asparagus, etc.
