Hey, im sorry to hear your having such a hard time, the thing is acne has so many different causes that one thing that may work for another person may not work for you. I could really understand your struggle, trust me ive been there, although i dont have any acne now, but when i did have it, it was bad, im 29 now, but when mine started i was only 13 years old, and i had just started high school, and it lasted for just over 2 years, but it was such a horrible experience because i was at school everyday and the school kids were quite mean, my confidence was so low, and because of this inwas even bullied, and i just hated every second of going to school. However i wejt on holiday to pakistan when i was almost 15, and my family took me to a homepathic doctor there and he took one look at my face and said "this boy has an allergy" my face had clogged pores everywherw, some cystic and blackheads, he have me medicine for it, one of them was called azit and there was 2 other medications i took in conjuction with it but i just couldnt remember the name now and in 2 weeks my face went clear and i couldnt believe it. So from then on i was convinced that acne was definetely an internal issue and no amount of external treatment is going to fix your problem, infact in my experience it only makes it worse, when i had acne the doctors here jist prescribed a BP roll on stick and that made my skin worse and just dried it out. If i were you i would book an appointment for a food sensitivity test, and concentrate on gettint rid of any internal inflammation, and once thats fixed everything on the outside will clear up and thats without using any creams cleansers etc, also when it comes to using external things stick to all natural products, personally i dont use anything except water on my face, and my face is clear as its ever been. I hope this helps and stay strong, i know it feels like it will never go away but trust me it will

To be honest I've always had a rubbish diet. I never drink water hardly and I always eat crappy foods like McDonald's etc. I'm taking these skin herbal tablets now for 2 weeks I have been on them and no difference whatsoever. And this last few months I've started getting spots on chest and back which I never ever normally get. I haven't changed anything I'm using and I'm not eating different either. But I don't have the patience for changing my diet I don't think. I just wanna buy products and something to clear it. I'm really down and I'm on holiday right now as we speak in Spain and I don't even want to leave the hotel room that's how down I have got. I use a lot of sun exposure I love the sun. But how am I spose to get rid of it. What do I do.

water intake is quite important and unfortunately diet is just something you cant overlook, the main culprits when it comes to food in most people, are usually, dairy, sugar, gluten, unhealthy fats, and fried food. Of course a food intolerance test would help you pinpoint just what foods you should avoid, what kind of spots are you getting on your chest?

Use honey as a mask everyday for 30 min and then wash it before u go to bed.. honey contains healing agents and anti bacterial .. that really helps my acne scars fade away
Use facial cleansing brush (Clarisonic, Olay, etc) to clean your face.. I use cleanpop and it realy helps my skin clear from comedo and acne
Also, check maybe u have some allergy with diary products, that happens to me.. I stopped eat dairy products and I have clear face for the first time in my life ..
u have no idea how horrible my face conditions before.. cystic acne, comedos, scars, you name it .. I've had it on my face
Sorry if I have grammar mistake, English isn't my first language

This is my acne right now. I feel ugly and down because of it. This is the worst it has ever been. It's like spots and blackheads and a few little holes. The spots on my chest are really weird. There more like raised red bumps that looks like spots but have no head. Then they disappear for a few days. Then all of a sudden come back. What did the doctor in Pakistan give you to clear the acne ?

Diet is very important in my opinion but if you want a short term fix go to the doctor and get some antibiotics...you cant take them forever though...

You need to see a dermatologist and get proper advice and discuss all the options to avoid future scarring.

If you really want to see improvements you NEED to change your diet!

Same with me, McDonalds, pizza, fizzy sugary drinks, sweets, processed foods... And now I'm breaking out... But I can change it if I eat clean.

Agree with this. Realistically you need to look at your diet, as you said you have a rubbish diet and barely anyway water.

What we we put into our bodies will effect they way they work. Some people may get away with eating rubbish and having clear skin, that doesnt mean theyre healthy on the inside though.

Surely its worth adjusting your diet, even temporarily, to see what changes it brings to your health/skin?
