Few months ago I started getting these random tiny bumps on my forehead it wasn™t itchy or didn™t hurt but as time came by they either got red or bigger and won™t go away. What are the causes and what can I do to get rid of it? I heard that it™s because of too much yeast but idk someone please help.

I get "episodes" of these all the time...it'll be super bumpy for a while and then just clear out on its own.
However, in the meantime, try aloe vera gel on it (preferably pure) and leave it on overnight. I would also suggest a gentle cleanser (I use cetaphil)

well, cetaphil says gentle but it has sodium laureth sulfate which irritated the skin, it always broke me out, I would suggest you to use some clay mask 2-3 times a week, that will help with those bumps.
