few days ago I noticed a weird extremely red spot on my face and it didn't really look like a pimple?? it was just a spot, no bump, no head, nothing..I tried to pop it and some pus came out

it's been 3 days and it's still there and BIGGER. I just wish it would go away already. I don't know what to do and i'm not able to go see a doctor now.
i'm honestly terrified, what if it's skin cancer?? im only 17, I don't wanna die. please help me i'm freaking out. also sorry for my bad english
