I have been going on the water only regimen and i noticed i havent been breaking out as much and that the oiliness has greatly reduced. But the thing is ive realized my cheeks have excessive dead skin buildup which is DISGUSTING! It has been weeks and i thought they would just come off on their own but no. I thought avout scraping them off with cloth or with my fingers but i dont want any contact on my face as it may cause acne again? And weird thing is that my forehead is the only area on my face not having this buildup. My cheek has the most buildup.

Ive attached a picture of my cheek. Beware though, its disgusting.

how do i get rid of them gently?

Could try a mild exfoliating scrub, maybe natural honey and a bit of brown sugar?

Dont suggest scrubbing or rubbing with cloth or fingers, realy unhygenic.
:)

Raw honey is completely natural, it is derived from the hives of honey bees. Honey actually acts as an all natural antibiotic that can kill acne causing bacteria on the skin. ... Honey does not clog your pores when used properly. Raw honey should not be left on the skin like a traditional moisturizer would.

You need to exfoliate with a cloth made for exfoliating. WalMart sells exfoliating brushes and gloves if you're in USA. Don't worry about acne potentially flaring up due to touching your skin (which in my opinion is a myth). The debris is a bigger problem right now
