Is this a pimple or did I get bit by a bug? It just appeared two days ago in the middle of the day , I noticed it because my chin just started itching and that™s when I felt the bump, I don™t recall getting a breakout that itched before, but also I think I would have known if a bug was on my face, it™s around that time of the month for me and I do get one breakout on my face somewhere but never like this

Spot treatment with 50:50 TTO/isopropyl alcohol will be enough for you since you say you only get a spot or two per month and this is as bad as it gets. Do it once per week on the areas prone to getting a spot to prevent them from coming again.

It definitely looks like a pimple.

That's a pimple. Bugs don't bite the face... well at least not mine. Use some SudoCrem as a spot treatment it works wonders

It™s gotten worse! I wasn™t able to find sudocreme so I picked up neutrogena on the spot acne treatment , hoping this works! Also picked up some daily acne control cleanser, I have never had a breakout this bad before! Hoping this works

From a dermatologic standpoint that is not a pimple but a furuncle. OTC salicylates / BP won't work on this, its a Staph aureus infection and typical treatment is vancomycin with possible incision/drainage. If you had done TTO:isopropyl alcohol as per my recommendation it may have contained it somewhat. It will still speed healing if you begin using it now.

Neutrogena and SudoCrem aren't the same thing. Try ordering SudoCrem or if you can find E45 Cream that would be good too. SudoCrem is an antiseptic cream.
