Hello,

I am 19(sorry for my english). I get acne/buttons since one year. Since one month I use bardane and zinc and it works really well, I think in a month or two I will not have buttons anymore. I woke up today with a big red inflated button, with a small white button at the center(I already get these three times and it has go away in 3/4 days).

The problem is that it is really ugly(big and in the center of my forehead,a little bit below my eyes...) and that I will see the girl I love(my "crush") in some hours. Is there any short term solution to reduce that? I already put an ice cub time to time as it may help to deflate the button and I've putcoconut oil on it.

And also is there a more medium term solution to reduce it for the next days?
