Oily nose dried through water fast

I was wondering if any one else has such a significant result from water fasting. I am currently on day 2 and my nose is bone dry. Usually it is soaked in oil and needs to be dried numerous times a day. However, since the fast it has dried completely.

Has anyone else experienced this? What foods did you eat after the fast to keep the nose from becoming oily after breaking the fast? Obviously avoid meat, gluten, starches, sugar, and eat tons of veggies. But what veggies?

thanks

there is some debate about acne being caused by a gut problem. so im not surprised you skin cleared up.

fizzy drinks, sugar and milk, ive read can cause hormone problems / excess sebum.

Fasting decreases sebum production, so yes this would be expected. As you come out of the water fast try sticking with high fiber diet with low fat, low cholesterol, and low glycemic index (minimal simple sugars.. get your carbs from whole wheat, sweet potatoes, oatmeal, etc)

Fat and cholesterol are indeed necessary but not to the extent most consume and they are androgen precursors which increases sebum production
