I am 18 years old male and I suffer from acne ever since I was 13-14 years old, sometimes it gets better and sometimes it gets worse.
i have this spots that seems like they're not going away, I can't tell if they're scars or pigments so I hope that you can help me figure out what they are and what treatments can I use, my face is really dry by the way, I'm using topical gel called epiduo and cetaphile acne face wash twice a day. Here some pictures: ( I took this photos at night after I used the gel so it looks a little worse )
