Hello, I got these bumps suddenly just overnight, have no idea what has caused them and how to get rid of them. I cleanse my face with The Body Shop Tea Tree foaming wash and use Clarins toner, as well as use Nip + Fab Glycolic fix night pads once a week. I apply clay masks once a week too.
This summer I had a completely different problem, I had closed comedones only on my forehead and went to dermatologist who said it is because I attended sauna. Consequently, she told me I have to stay away from heat as it makes it worse. She ended up prescribing me thermal water as well as differin gel which is a retinoid. It helped me and everything nearly cleared up but now these bumps developed out of nowhere all over my face and none of what I use helps. I would really appreciate your help.
Thank you in advance.

This exact same thing happened to me during summer! On my face. I think this happens because of the heat as well. I went to an esthetician and did 4 salicylic acid peels with a 2 week interval and also used the Obagi nu derm system + retinol 0.5% this seemed to make it go away. It did make my skin worse before better though. I think this may work for you but they are all very pricey and they are not covered by insurance.
