i keep getting these annoying under the skin, fluid cyst/lumps on my face. sometimes small, sometimes quite large.
ive been getting them for years. they seem to flair up, then and go away after 3-7days (providing i dont touch them)
- i use aspirin topically overnight to treat and calm them down.
has anyone have any theoriesabout what causes these cysts/lumps?
thanks
1. Major reasons for cystic flareup: food and stress that lead to hormonal imbalance, which in turn screws up the skin's pH.
2. Your use of aspirin to control inflammation is, by all means, thumbs up. That should be the first thing for cysts.
3. I assume you're already avoiding dairy, including cheese. Well, kudos to you. But do eat a lot of yogurt.
4. Next course of action should be to avoid anything extreme, such as extreme heat like hot sauna or heat-inducing food like spicy food.
5. Avoid stress--easier said than done.
6.1 Finally, try this natural remedy:
Mix equal parts (preferably 1 Tbsp) of honey, yogurt, coconut oil. Microwave for approximately 15 seconds or until it's warm to touch. Apply to face for 30 minutes. Wash off with warm wet towel. (Optional: Follow with a toner made of 1 Tbsp Apple Cider and 2 Tbsp water.)
- Honey, with its naturalantibacterial property, helps to heal acne.
- Yogurtremoves dead skin andtightens pores.
- Coconut oil, in addition to its antimicrobial property, is an excellent moisturizer.
