Help!!! Huge red pimple on my nose for 6 weeks!!

Guys I have no clue what type of pimple I have on my face, I will enclose a pic. But it just won™t go away. It™s been six weeks.
Does anyone have any ideas of what it could be? I don™t suffer with acne that™s what makes this so strange. I have slept with activated charcoal and mud masks on it, use spot treatment, toothpaste the works. Nothing is working. I don™t have a dermatologist cos I didn™t ever need one. 
Someone pls help me it™s making me so self conscious :(

it looks like a cyst. go to the derm and get a kenalog injection for that. it should help it go down pretty fast.

I also have one on my nose the exact same thing im 14 years old i also have no acne i went to a dermatologist all he did was poke it and give me some pills that i have to take for three month and this cream to put on it every night itll help it go smaller and a face wash but nothing is working ive had it for like 3-4 months now.
