I have been having clogged back for years, I can scratch out harden whiteheads form time to time. Recently, I haven't been having enough sleep and I see headless bumps are developing around chest and upper back. These super itching bumps are around 1cm diameter. They are not painful and do not have detectable pus in it. It has been on me for few days and benzyl peroxide doesn't seems to relieve the itch well like it does on regular acne. I can't help scratching.
It is acne? Should I go see a doctor? Any recommended treatments?
