18 y/o M. Wash my face twice a day, clean pillow case, plenty of vitamin D, healthy diet and sleep, regular showers, etc.
For the past year or so, I've been waking up to 3-6 whiteheads on or under my nose. They tend to fade/ go away over the course of a day, so that my face is mostly clear when I go to sleep. Then new ones appear overnight. I do have oily skin

i know with my skin, those areas, top lip and crease of nose are most prone to acne due to sweat,oil & repeated touching with fingers.
you could try using tissue to dab the excess oil from your skin during the day, which might help?
there also some debate weather toothpaste can cause acne around the mouth area. i recently started using euthymol toothpaste (which isfluoridefree) and have stopped seeing acne around my mouth area. - might not work for you but worth doing a forum search and having a read about it.
