I've had real mild but persistent acne on my forehead for the past year so my dr gave me tretinoin cream. It gave me a breakout like I've never had before but know its been 2 months. 
Does this look like mainly scars or is this mostly acne or inflammation that will smooth out eventually? Thanks for any answers! I've never had a bad breakout before so no idea what to expect here
