Don't stop. It's early days yet from what I have read. Some people don't see improvements til month 5 or even after the course has finished and are kept on for longer. You do say your face is getting slowly better so that sounds positive.Sounds like a very low starting dose to me though and even 30mg isn't much. Probably due to trying to reduce side effects. Stick with it and ask your derm what he/ she thinks about progress and increasing dose at next review as long as you aren't suffering any bad side effects and your bloods are good. Good luck. Interested to see how you get on.
Please correct me if I'm wrong, but accutane has been found to have some serious side effects, no?
"Isotretinoin was first marketed as Accutane by Hoffmann-La Roche. It sold well for many years, but in 2009, Roche decided to remove Accutane from the US market after juries had awarded millions of dollars in damages to former Accutane users over inflammatory bowel disease claims. It then became generic and as of 2017 was marketed under many brand names worldwide.[1]"

I'm sure you've looked into all the "rare" side-effects, but if anyone else is reading, do they have any feedback in regards to this? Having your bowels turn to jelly seems like a tough trade-off. I know this is "rare" but still.
