I keep getting one of this per month. Six years ago I was in the hospital in a room with a girl who had a boil in her private zone... After that I got one myself. The first two years followed around three boils, two in my private zone and one on my forehead. Two years after I was only getting them on my scalp. And now, for the past two years I keep getting them on my face. The only thing that worked for me was Fucicort but although it makes my bumps dissapear, it doesn't stop new ones from coming. Went to the dermatologist and he prescribed me Accutane, but I read about the side effects and I am not sure about it, I would try another treatment. Especially because I don t know if this is really acne. This is usually how my bumps look like in the beggining. They become larger in time

If that's the only visible blemish and it appears that way from your photos, I'd suggest detouring from acutane. While there may be some cases that warrant its use, the side effects (often discussed here) aren't worth the possible benefit. Have you tried dietary changes or have you ever thought about giving the regimen a shot in those afflicted areas? Try using BP on those spots for a month or so, maybe cover your face with a light coat to prevent the onset. I'd also research zinc as I've heard a lot of success revolves around that supplement concerning this sort of issue.
