Okay so I have finished accurate about 9 months ago and spots wide my face has cleared great. However I have this one red mark which seems to be under my skin on the left side, whenever I try to pick it a small lump that I cannot pop forms underneath and takes a few days to heal but the redness remains permanent . Also there seems to be a hole in the skin or something where it is :( this becomes highly visible in sunlight
What could I do/use on it, will try any products or treatments or home se rememdies thanks.
Also it seens to be A lot more visible in sunlight even when foundation is on top.
also have one of the hole sort things on the opposite side of my face, what I do to regain the colour and complexion to my skin

It's very hard to tell from the pictures. If it's some pigmentation left from acne it can take up to 6-8 months to fully fade, so if it's still there it could be something else. A product with retinol might help. If there's an actual physical indentation in the skin then it's likely a scar, in which case you will want to see a dermatologist.

Thanks for your reply, it feels like there is a bump under the skin where the redness is, however I have previously picked at it and it comes up as a lump but doesn't come to a head and just goes back down into what it is now ://
