Right so I've been using bp cream for the last couple of weeks now and it's really helped me with clearing my skin of existing acne I still get the occasional spot but it's very manageable, I was wondering how long would I need to stop using it for to be able to go on a sunbed? Any ideas?
Probably a few weeks, but you could always use a non-comedogenic sunscreen on your face where you apply the BP. You're going to break out again if you stop using it.
Furthermore, my best suggestion would be to just not use a sunbed. They are terrible for your skin and will make it age, will cause breakouts and will cause skin cancer. I would advise you just don't do it.
