Can someone tell me what I have? Could I possibly have pityrosporum folliculitis? Because my acne treatment (1% Salicylic acid wash and moisturizer with some tea tree oil) doesn't seem to be improving it. It got really bad after going to a beach. I also use the Very Emollient Sunscreen from Alba botanica a lot which I don't know if that makes anything worse. Pics below.
The oilier looking ones are my skin in its natural state and the other ones are from just after washing. Pls help.
