I'm relatively new to this site, but I can already tell that many of you are against accutane from the comments posted on my last post this whatever reason. I  going to my dermatologist soon and was wondering If tone could give me recommendations as to what I should try next.

Treatments/medications that I have tried:
-acne.org treatment
-proactive
-epiduo
-duac
-tretinoin
So what's recommendations do you have next for me to try that has worked for you?
BTW please don't tell me to drink water everyday, eat right, etc... that is not the reason why I have acne. I'm in no way trying to sound cocky but I've been hitting the gym for 3 years and eat as good as it gets. I'm just saying this because I feel as if a few people on here think a healthy diet and drinking water everyday is the cure for acne. It obviously helps a lot but as you can see from my pictures still have pimples.

I know everyone's face is different but I'm willing to give it a try. I wanted to go on accutane because honestly I'm just so tired of having acne and I have a close friend who went on it and now his face is completely clear (he did have a lot more acne than me).

I've heard really good things about thayer's witch hazel, and tea tree oil for spot treatment. The only thing that has actually really helped my skin in the past was clindamycin cream, and tretinoin, but they only worked temporarily, and you've already tried tretinoin. Right now I'm using bentonite clay mixed with apple cider vinegar as a mask a few times a week, and it's helping with some of my acne, but it isn't a cure. Good luck

I've been using BenzaClin for a while but I'm slowing weaning off of it because it dries out my skin too much. It worked pretty well to clear up my acne (I usually have less that five active bumps at a time: most due to hormal changes). My routine used both BenzaClin and Tretenoin, but I don't think these exclusively cleared up my skin, however. I use Maracuja Oil (Passion Fruit Oil) as a face oil and notice it helps significantly with redness and clearing up red spots left from acne. To replace BenzaClin, I am planning on trying TruSkin Tea Tree Serum (it has Vitamin C, Niacinamide, Salicylic Acid, Hylarounic Acid, etc) because it had good reviews for cystic acne, just incase you wanted to try that (it's on Amazon).

Also, my friend used Accutane and it worked pretty well for her. Her lips and legs were severely peeling, however. Her skin is pretty nice now, she gets a few blemishes but her skin is significantly better than it was before (she had severe cystic acne all over her face).

My Skin Routine:

Morning:
- Cleanse using SkinMedica Foaming Cleanser with Salicylic Acid
- Use Tea Tree Toner by Lush
- Use Benzaclin (just pea size amount) (5% Benzoyl Peroxide and 1% Clindamycin)
- Apply three drops of Maracuja OIl to face and neck
- Use Neutrogena Water Gel with Hylarounic Acid (because I have oily skin)

Night:
- Cleanse using SkinMedica Foaming Cleanser with Salicylic Acid
- Use Tea Tree Toner by Lush
- Use 0.05% Tretinoin
- Apply three drops of Maracuja OIl to face and neck (sometimes I'll mix it with Camellia Seed Oil because it's nourishing)
- Apply small amount of Cetaphil Moisturizing Lotion (it's non comedogenic and relatively inexpensive and I use it because I don't have to worry about oily skin at night)

I know this is a lot! Let me know if you have any questions. I've been on a long acne journey and am hoping to help people out.
