Is anyone else's face like this?? (red scarring on both cheeks)

IMG_4016.JPGI need help! I have scarring on both of my cheeks and it won't go away. I feel like I've tried everything to get rid of it, what's worked for you? It's super annoying because the rest of my face is pretty much clear. 
I also have small bumps everywhere on my face. My skin is combination. 
Is anyone else's skin like this? What's worked for you? Please help.

Are they actually scars or just hyperpigmentation?

Don't worry, hyperpigmentation will go away, just give it time. Trust me, I had it pretty bad all over the lower parts of my face. Just don't pick at your face, it can lead to scarring and additional hyperpigmentation.
