So I've been getting pimples under my nose and near my mouth for a couple weeks now. I use to get them all the time but I've been on a skin care routine that has kept me clear most of the time and I rarely broke out near my nose and mouth after starting that skin care regimen over two years ago. Does anyone have any suggestions?  I havent changed anything? Please help. I'm getting married in August and really don't want to be breaking out near my mouth when I get married!
