I have these slightly raised skin bumps near my mouth and no matter how hard I try they do not pop, do not turn into pimples, and seem very deep with no puss. These have also been on my face for maybe a without any variation. They are not terrible when I am not smiling but as my smile lines get deeper these bumps become more visible on both sides of my mouth. Anyone know what these are? Could they be scar tissue?
