Hi everyone! I read a lot of stories on acne.org and wanted your advice, from people who understand my story. I have acne since I was 14 ( right now i'm 28) .It started with lots of cysts en little tiny bumps  as you can see at the picture. I did try everything: antibiotics, tons of face cleansers,creams, skin therapists, peelings AHA etc. diets.. Nothing seemed to work, but it changed in a different form. Tiny bumps are now covering my face. During summertime when it is hot, my skin gets worse and my whole face is full of small mini cysts. I can not pop them that always damages my skin, sometimes I try - or go to a skin therapist 1 time every 3 weeks and after that it is a little better for about one week. The picture is a picture of the situation right now and this is the side of my face, where I scratched a few mini cysts. My whole face is like this and covering it is not possible, because you see my face is all bumpy  I'm starting to wonder of all of these cysts are really acne, because I tried everything and nothings seems to work. I feel so ashamed and depressed, because I can not cover myself from it and even my family says that I need to accept this and it is probably a hormone thing. What do you guys think, is did acne or something else? Thanks
