It looks like you might have a cystic acne depression that filled up with blood, and your skin healed over it. I would see a derm for them to lance it, and drain it. Look up: blood blister.

You bruised your pimple
try adding vitamin E on pimples
Pimple will disappear
leave pimples alone! You don't want bruised skin!
also start taking vitamin D3
its the best!
dont overwash your face
always finish with cold water to close pores
your skin looks good!
