If it were me, I would apply lotion or moisturizer. Looks like the skin is drying.

im not a doctor but from what ive read in the past, spots which cause an itching/burning sensation would indicate a rash or infection.

standard acne treatments probably wont work for you.

I don't think this is acne.

Go to a dermatologist so they can see with this is. Could be some sort of rash, or staph infection in your hair follicles.

Could be folliculitis among over things.means you need to see a dr or get reffered to someone who specialises in other types of infections.

only way to be sure.
