If you get breakouts, its normal. Just stick with it and when in doubt use more.

Definitely do not use more when in doubt! I used it for two weeks but had to stop because it was irritating my skin so intensely. I had better success on it the last two nights when i put it on over my moisturiser and only the tiniest amount. I've read that other people use it once every two or three nights to begin with and build up a tolerance. Definitely go easy! Irritated skin with acne is not a fun time.

Agreed with BloomingVat, I used epiduo for months and had the best experience using more. Use mroe when in doubt.

Confused!! Lol...im only using it on my forehead at the moment cos that where I had a nasty breakout after I stopped bp for abit...i only use about just over one pump but it still burns like hell and not very comfy to sleep in however it seams to be helping dry everything up fast! Xx

I would NOT use more. I use one pump for my entire face and that is more than enough. Also, this is retinol along with BP. Use it on your entire face, not just your forehead. This helps with sunspots, wrinkles and fine lines, and will exfoliate your skin.

Definitely a painful medication. I think it took me a month a half before it stopped feeling like Satan was breathing on my face.

Will cause dryness, redness, and peeling. Avoid your neck if you have sensitive skin there. It chemically burned my neck, caused two huge itching rashes that are now scabbed over and flaking.

There have been a couple instances where I had to skip nights using this because my face was so red and irritated. Less is definitely more when using retinol and BP.

Kinda late but this is my experience for now:

Don't use more, apea-size amount/One pump is enough for ur entire face, those are direct and strict instructions from my dermatologist, more won't make it work faster and will promote unnecessary irritation.
My treatment includes clyndamycin though, an antibiotic and mainly for inflamed pimples that might be caused by initial breakout in the first 4-6 weeks, however my acne is mostly non-inflamed involving mainly closed comedones which is where epiduo as a retiniod + Benzyol prrozide should work the best.

Do not use more, read directions on the tube.
