Hi, I was looking for some advice/help/treatment for the mild acne I have on my forehead. It varies in its severity but has been ongoing for the past two years. I have small bumps all over my forehead and continuing my temples that makes the skin feel and appear rough, most of the time the bumps have no heads and sometimes my forehead becomes red and flares up, other times I get bigger red, painful bumps that have no heads but the small ones are constantly there. I've attached some photos that show what my forehead lools like presently (its relatively mild at the moment)
My skin is naturally quite dry and becomes so when I do my morning & night routine with whatever products I use. However after using moisturiser the problem area is oily throughout the day.
I drink a lot of water so I know that's not the problem and I do think I have a healthy diet & lifestyle.
I would be very grateful for any advice someone could give me, many thanks
Forehead acne is tied to digestive issues. Have you ever taken antibiotics? Long-term antibiotic use primes the gut for yeast overgrowth. You can take a GI Map stool test to see if you have yeast/parasites. Maybe try lowering your gluten & sugar intake (even fruit) and taking oil of oregano supplements. If you see improvement, you probably have a gut yeast overgrowth.
