So I've had a lot of blackheads on my nose, I popped one today and it came out very easily, but it left a pretty noticeable hole afterwards. I'm 17 so I'm wondering if it will go away.

Yeah they close up pretty quick. Either that or they just fill up with more bacteria and make anotherblackhead.
