It looks like Comedonal acne. Kinda harder to get rid of but the cream im using is made for them too. Its called Epiduo. Its perscription only as its rather strong, but it works. You can try BP (Benzyl peroxide gel/cream) though, it kinda worked for me but I know everyone is different.
