I've had this bump on my chin for a while. It has no head and is somewhat hard. Today it was just being really painful so i decided to squeeze it. There was a bit of yellow opaque fluid, and I continued to try to flush it out and the rest was yellow ish clear fluid. I stopped before I got all of it because I bruised myself from squeezing too hard. I have no idea what type of pimple this is or if I shouldn't have done that because of permanent scarring and what not.

my guess is a nodule but online it says the don't have puss. Help?
