I've been through that. You keep getting them over and over again because you are eating the same offending foods. Those look like soda pop zits and or cooked grease.
You're definitely eating sugar in some form and possibly HFCS or corn syrup. Even most white breads have HFCS and can cause this.
Remove all sugar from your diet and those will go away. And don't forget to be very light on oils and butters for they can act up as well. While trying to get rid of zits avoid grease and butter and sugar. Once gone you can add a little butter back and some oils slowly and stop when you see some reactions. Don't ever eat fried foods or you will suffer as well. if its oil you want do a little not heated up.
If you start experimenting with foods you will find the offending ones. And don't over eat, especially the bad foods. It will be a mess to sort out and problems will compound.
Be thankful your body is warning you about eating bad foods.
