i need to stop the itch and redness pleaseeeeee
How's your diet? When my diet was horrible I used to get big ones on my chin too. Ever since 2017 started I started eating better, more consistent this time. I like eating organic meats and seasoning because they're less processed. I also eat a lot of fruits not and it lessened my break it by a lot. I only gotten small ones which are okay compared to the huge ones that hurt and leave huge brown marks. I don't even use products anymore and my skin is doing well. Try it out eat healthier. Stay away from processed foods and you'll be fine. Adult acne has 3 causes, product irritation, diet, stress.
Your acne looks like mine and mine is caused by stress, and thats coming from my gp doctor and psychologist. Mine would itch a bit when id aggravated it, usually after using harsh products like BP 10%. How is your water intake because ive noticed that alone can make a huge difference in adult acne.
Hi,
I only drink water and I have since a little girl. I maybe have cut down because I have recently started a job where I am driving and travelling a lot and not in close proximity to a loo haha!
Stress i I have recently got a new job I am one of those people who will tell you I am not stressed but maybe I am. I now do yoga 2 a week.
Thanks i I will try and de stress
Hi David,
i would honestly say my diet is not bad. I have 5+ fruit and veg daily. i home cook all my meals from scratch do not eat processed foods and haven't for years now. I do have a takeaway weekly upon the weekend but that isn't something new to my diet.
I think a food diary may help - thanks
To me, this looks like typical hormonal acne. Have you considered going to a gynecologist?
@A r Vincent Yes my periods were also that way and later after doing an ultrasound I discovered I have a mild form of PCOS!
Oh so that means no pills a good alternative to them is traditional chinese medicine, it really helps with hormonal acne / PCOS
