Do it for a week then start using tomato and 10 minutes after rubbing the tomato use aloe vera gel (from the plant) and dont wash your face after rubbing the tomato, just gently put on aloe vera over the tomato water. They will calm down but they might leave some spots here and there but they will heal by time.
