I can't work out weather it's cystic acne or something els iv had it for the past 4 days and iv been using heat compression on and was beeloding Erlier and now it yellow looking like a brusie

It's very normal. Stop stressing and it will be gone.

stress and acne feed each other.

Just ignore mirror for few days.
