Whst are you getting at? I've had bad acne as a teen, but cured with roaccutane, I'm left with bits of scarring from it and over the years, I've controlled it with small amounts of accutane..but last year a cracked two teeth and needed route canal, I had an access over a year and various treatment..gotta have a small operation to remove the sinus it formed, but ever since that access my skin has started going really bad, not even the small roaccutane controls it anymore..I always wondered if the abcess could have a factor
