Hey sorry youre having to deal with this. I think you might actually have fungal acne which is not actually acne but an overgrowth of fungus or yeast on the skin. Look it up because I think it closely aligns with what you have. Try sulfur and zinc for it or some sort of antifungal 🙂 good luck!!
