You can try clindamycin phosphate 1% lotion by fougera. Ask your doctor to prescribe it to you. It is not harsh on the skin. I use it once a day in the evening and it had helped me with my cystic acne. Use it with gentle cleanser cetaphil or cerave. I use cerave, neutrogena hydroboost water gel, then clindamycin.
