i moved to the UK from NZ 9 months ago and ever since i have been here, my skin has been breaking out almost every week round by my mouth/lower cheeks and chin area. I have previously had very good skin and only seen the odd pimple once in a while but now they are always on my face! Ive tried a herbal dispenser remedy,clear zine acne pills and benzoyl peroxide but all of which seem to do nothing! They are often very painful as well and i have no idea why i am getting them!? They cleared up for 1 month while i travelled out of the UK but returned as soon as i came back. i have recently researched about the hardness of water and how that can cause acne but could this really be the case? My only other thoughts are reaction to dairy or foods and reaction to my earrings (which i got for the first time around when this started) Can anyone help me??? xxx
