I'm new to all this. What are these red bumps and why is my skin so rough? You can clearly see there's a bump on the right picture. Uneven skin. And in the middle picture, it doesnt seem like I have acne. It's just rough little bumps or some sort that makes my skin really rough. What are these? Does anyone have the same problem as me? If so, how do you deal with it? 
I have the same problem! But on my forehead. My skin is so rough I can see the mark of the crease that occurs when I frown. I've heard that exfoliation is the right way to deal with this, to remove a layer of the skin. Just need to be careful not to irritate it too much. If that doesn't work I might try something like a retinoid cream as a pealing agent.
