Hi there.
I'm 23 years old and I have this kind of acne since I've been 18 or 19 (earlier it was a lot worse). My main issue are those little pimples, open pures and scars. I don't use anything, I just wash my face with cold water two or three times a day. Few years later I've tried some antibiotics but it didn't worked.
Should i take some regimen? Maybe buy some cosmetics for this? Or should i take accutane? I want my acne to be gone.

Accutane is not harmful to everyone. It works differently for everyone, and I recommend you try it if your dermatologist prescribes it to you.

Go for cosmetics!! I use Neutragena Healthy Skin Primer and Foundation and it's never caused me any acne--it actually helped my acne. It gives my skin a natural look and it doesn't look like I'm wearing any make up. It's also pretty affordable.
