So I had some bizarre whiteheads a few months back, tried everything to get rid of them, and eventually decided to do the caveman regimen and not allow a single drop of water to touch my face and all my whiteheads disappeared, and myface became 100% clear. Two weeks later following my "supposed success" my old long lost palseborrheic dermatitis appeared. So, I again started washing face (warm-hot water) and using vinegar, and within days myseborrheic dermatitis became 100% clear, but whiteheads slowly started returning.
I literally let the water run on my face for 7-8 seconds, I still get whiteheads, if I don'tuse any water whiteheads WILL disappear, but seborrheic dermatitis begins forming all around my T-zone. I do not use a moisturizer as I've never used a good one that hasn't caused be to break out in whiteheads.
Just wondering if anyone has ever had a mixture of seborrheic dermatitis and whiteheads, and managed to cure the condition? I might try using distilled water and splash it on my face, or simply use non pressurizedcold tap water and just splash a little on my face and see what happens.
Hi! I had nasty whiteheads and really oily skin for almost three years. Then I found out about Caveman regimen and decided to try it in summer (5 months ago). I did nothing except splashing with water. Then I started to distillate water and my face was crystal clear (only red scars left). In september (2 months ago) it became really dry, itchy and flaky. And scalp in some places. Don't know what to do. I would rather be with seborrheic dermatitis than with acne again) I cut out sugar, coffee, white flour, chocolate, etc. Only wash my face with distilled water and sometimes with flower water twice a day, moisturize with natural lotion, that's all.
Please, tell me if you know something

SAMEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE MY ACNE WENT AWAY BUT I DEVELOPED SEBORRHEIC DERMATITIS, IM EXACTLY ON MY FIRST MONTH OF CAVEMAN REGIMEN AND I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO.
DID THE WARM WATER AND VINEGAR WASH WORK? CAN YOU PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO DO THAT
