so apply bp every evening and on a 24 hour period after i have applied it when can i go for a run? the next day's afternoon before applying it again or what? should i wash before the regimen then go for a run and continue cleansing and applying bp that same evening?

I don't quite understand your routine however I do as follows...

I apply BP each night as per the regimen's instructions. Nearly everyday, I do physical exercise (usually mid-afternoon) and afterwards, I shower and cleanse. I wait until nighttime to cleanse and apply BP. This is yet to cause me any problems.
