I have these , not as bad at all any More tho, I used to squeeze them but sometimes it would go horribly wrong and I would make them 100x worse and even give myself red marks that would stay there for ages. I suggest you get acnecide or duac once daily gel and put it on the area every 2 days before bed and wash it off in the morning with only water . Do not over use them because they can make ur skin extremely dry . Please don't buy facial washes and scrubs because they will only make your skin worse!!!! Find out if ur skin is dry, normal, oily or combination . Mines dry and I use Nivea moisturiser . It's really good.
