Hi everyone! I recently incorporated a topical cream into my routine after a visit to the derm and have been experiencing the expected dryness & flakiness.

I use good/gentle skincare products that work well for me and help a lot with the dryness - Cerave hydrating cleanser and Cerave moisturizer. I enjoy the feeling of physical exfoliation, and like to use Lush face masks twice a week to help get rid of the dead, flaky skin. However, it's no longer enough to keep up with the dryness.

Any tips are appreciated!

I think you might have to just wait for your skin to acclimate itself to the new cream. I'm experiencing some dryness for similar reasons and from experience know that in a few days I'll be fine.
