So I've got quite red flakey bumpy patches on the left and right side of my moustache area.. having dealt with severe acne before I can say these aren't typical spots..theyre a lot smaller,don't hurt in the slightest..I can't really feel them but if you look closely with light the skin has hundreds of little bumps that appear to be under the skin.. it's hard to explain but it gives my skin the complexion of a peanut bar of chocolate.. bumpy and gross.. They don't have any head to them as they're extremely small..but it's making those areas extremely red,dry and unnapealing looking.. I've tried moisturiser but nothing has worked so far...
any solutions? I've noticed them in other areas on my face too but the clusters aren't as bad or red..
