Hi guys me ago! 22 year old female. Mu acne started around 6 months ago, as I have no clue to what has caused this and didn't change anything around the time this happened. Does anyone think vaping was my issue? I was vaping for around 4 months then stopped now smoking. That was the only thing I was doing at the time . Is this possible or not ?

If you're talking about vaping/smoking cigarettes:
The chemicals in a cigarette are meant to destroy your collagen and dehydrate your face. Nicotine cuts of oxygen to the face by restricting blood vessels. If you were vaping a high nicotine level, I could see how an increased level of nicotine could stimulate your acne.

If you're talking about vaping/smoking marijuana:
Honestly don't know what to tell you, smoking has never made any of my friends break out from marijuana.

Cigarettes definitely had a negative effect on my skin when I used to smoke. Quitting didn't make a huge difference, but it did lessen my breakouts.
