Hi everyone,

Can anyone tell me what on earth is this on my face? It's in tbe centre of my forehead and on my cheeks more towards the sides of my nose.

i used to have cystic acne and was on doxycycline for 6 months but always had smooth texture. I've been off tbe doxy for 3.5yrs now but over time I've developed these spots / rash whatever it is. It started in the centre of my forehead but has spread to my cheeks

it's very depressing . I saw a dermatoligist regarding it and called it acne , and advised I go on accutane. I refused, to which he then replied that I have no hope which made me feel utter shit

Anyway, I would be grateful if someone could tell me what this is and help me get rid of it please
