I'm new here, so hello fellow acne fighting buddies. I will share my story, hoping to find a solution for my problem...sadly my phone is dead and I can't post pictures.
I'm a 29 years old male and have never had acne in the last 7-8 years. Ocaisonally a few spots here and there but nothing too serious.
So, this winter (6 months ago) i had some terrible breakout on my forehead. My head scalp became itchy too and a little dandruff-ish. I tried the typical acne creams spending 30432042394 of dollar with no success. They I went to a Dermatolog who told me that this is regular acne and gave me Zynerit with a bunch of other medications. It worked pretty good when I was using it bet when I stopped the small pimples started again.
Then I went to a doctor who found Staph Aures in my nose and forehead and gave me topical antibiotic. THen I went ot another dermatolog who told me that this is just regular acne and the fact that they found aureus in my nose and on my forehead doesn't; mean anything. He gave me some standard medication that doesn't help. Also, I must say that I also have itchy nose, ears and....anus...yup, you read that right.
Now, like probably most of you - i have read plenty of materials online and started to wonder:
1. Is itFolliculitis ? How to determine? DoesFolliculitis cause other itches? what's the difference in the looks of acneFolliculitis ?
2. Could it be the Aureus? How to determine if it is Aureus type of acne?
3. Yeast? What is the difference between Yeast acne and regular forehead acne? So far I think that it must be Yeast (candida) but the only thing that stops me from believing it is the fact that Zynerit cleaned it up pretty good the first time, which would be pretty strange for a Yeast infection (candida).
4. How do you treat forehead tiny bumps who get red? I do wash my hair and have pretty good hygiene?

Would like to help you, but need to see some pics.
I know quite many things about Candida. And even though I can't be 100% sure that you have it, I know that itchy skin is linked to candida. So i think you should try some antifungals. I know Canxida Remove is the most popular on the market and you can benefit by taking probiotics too, for instance from Udo's Choice.
If your digestion is bad too it is another prove that you might have candida
If you want help with the skin routine I need to see a picture
